I had a deeply disappointing experience with Entwistle Green, particularly with an agent named Joe Jaison. I arranged to rent a property through them and paid both the deposit and the first month’s rent after viewing the house with Joe. He showed me the property, and everything was discussed clearly or so I thought. However, once I received the keys and visited the house again, I was shocked to find the property in an unlivable condition. The walls were badly damaged, and the house was full of damp and mold. It was completely unsuitable anyone to move into, especially considering my mother’s health issues. I immediately contacted Joe the same day to inform him that I would not be moving in due to these serious issues. Instead of offering any support, he told me bluntly that I would not be getting any refund neither the rent nor the deposit and that I should just the keys. This experience felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. It seemed like the company was more interested in taking the money than ensuring their properties are safe and livable. I’m sharing this review to warn others to be very careful when dealing with Entwistle Green. Make sure you inspect the property thoroughly and do not rely solely on the viewing arranged by the agent. Get everything documented before making any payments.

broadgreen rd liverpool branch. were do I start! biggest bug bear is they dont aanswer the phone! you leave a message and they dont get back to you. so you have to in the end go into the shop which could of been avoided if they just answered the phone. total frustraction. my sale fell through... Terrible letting agency. Working and supporting* landlords. Agency fees are unreasonably priced. Most agency's in Liverpool are cheaper, shop around before even considering these.
