Avoid this letting agent at all costs. We rented a property through this agency a year and a half, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience from day one. From the start, things felt unprofessional. On the day of our movein, the agent casually mentioned she had completed our inventory in her underwear — a completely inappropriate comment, especially a property we were just about to call home. During the signing, she was coughing excessively and even joked about making us sick. In hindsight, this should have been a clear warning sign of what was to come. Throughout our tenancy, we faced constant issues: mould, leaking windows, unresolved maintenance problems — the list goes on. Despite numerous complaints, many issues were never properly addressed. We were repeatedly left to live in unacceptable conditions, including persistent mould and water damage. To make matters worse, contractors would often show up unannounced, sometimes as early as 6 a.m., and begin work without our knowledge or consent. As two women living alone, being surprised by unknown men drilling through our windows without notice was extremely distressing — and it happened multiple times, even after we raised concerns. When maintenance was carried out, the work was often poor. Contractors stained the carpets and left the shower drain blocked weeks. Despite several property visits from the agents — prompted by the sheer volume of complaints we had to send — little to no progress was made. We truly loved the flat itself, which makes it all the more disappointing that our experience was overshadowed by how poorly the property was managed. The agents were consistently unhelpful, unprofessional, and unresponsive. If you’re considering renting through this agency, think twice.
