I entrusted them with the management of two properties, and they have withheld several months' rent, failing to pay me what I'm owed. Communication has been an absolute nightmare—my countless emails and phone calls are mostly ignored. When I do get a response, it's filled with empty promises. Ryan has repeatedly assured me he would calculate the amount owed (which is in the thousands) yet never follows through. This level of dishonesty and negligence is completely unacceptable. If you value reliability and integrity, steer clear of this agency.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
