McConnells Dartford Kent Slum landlord with slum tenants. They refuse to take any responsibility Anti Social abusive threatening tenants. They are landlords 59 Broomfield Road, Swanscombe which has had a succession of abusive filthy anti social tenants. Lisa a staff member is particularly rude and unhelpful. We went into McConnells office in person to explain and provide abundance of evidence of tenants next door who have plagued us over two years, damaging our property, trespassing in our garden, climbing over our fence, kicking footballs against our fence from 9am till 9pm non stop. Hurling abuse and threats at us when we ask them politely to stop. We bought our property 2003, six tenants McConnells have that property out to, none of them properly vetted. Only one good tenant in 22years. It’s hell us and neighbours the other side adjoining No. 59. McConnells refuse to take action against their abusive threatening tenants. McConnells are a disgrace - slum landlords equals slum tenants equals misery neighbours next door to slum tenants. Utter disgrace.
