Dealt with CBRE residential London. Their behaviour has always been misleading, disingenuous and non transparent. They will try and steal your deposit. They will make up extra cleaning charges, fake repairs, and missing items to keep as much as they can, even the check out report does not show anything wrong. Avoid like the plague. I cannot stress this enough. Document as much as you can, and be very much aware of your rights as a tenant because you will need to dispute the charges at TDS.
