I have been chasing Nicola Collier two years in an attempt to get rent that she is withholding from me There have been many emails and phone calls between and she continues to be dismissive of my concern. She blames HMRC the delay. I contacted HMRC to be told that she should not be withholding my rent. She continues to claim that she cannot pay rent to me due to a technicality that I have spent considerably time looking into only to find that she was lying. She rented my apartment one year then left it vacant three months without telling me, causing me to be liable council tax She continues to hold on to 9 months rent Disgusting business practice. Unethical, unreliable, dishonest. The tent was denied the of his deposit until legal action was threatened. Nicola Collier claimed the deposit was with another agency, yet another lie.
