2 Dec 2025We Let Properties took over the full management of my Manchester property in June 2025. I visited the agency after the Landlord Agreement was signed and met Wayne, Emma and Maegan who was introduced as my Property Manager. I discussed about the damaged flooring of my property (due to water flowing from beneath the shower tray and flowing into the living room) snd the they agreed to look into the matter with urgency. Maegan liaised with my Insurers and got a quote for the repair work for insurer’s review which was accepted. Maegan interaction with the Insurers and others involved were prompt and professional. Im pleased with Maegan’s speedy service and trust she will follow up on the repair flooring work to avoid unnecessary delays. Well done We Let Properties!!
