In response-I have numerous screenshots of emails from yourselves stating that we did not need to redecorate as you we’re refurbishing the apartment. (See attached photo) if you’re repainting and getting new carpets why would us painting a feature wall be an issue. In regards to ‘matitance issues’ we have had no email or note given when we had an inspection. If we knew the issues they would of been resolved. In regards to ‘late rent payments’ there was only one time when the amount was late due to me being in mexico and having to do a wire which I explained. The problem was with NatWest not taking the payment before 2pm, meaning I’d have to send it directly the day after, or later that day. We stayed in contact about this the whole time. Our rents due on the 16th (Attached are all of our rent payments made) The comment about the ‘unauthorised pet’ shows exactly how insensitive and immature We Let’s staff is. I have explained and emailed (see attached) that I had my grandmothers dog there for a day (that was there when we had an inspection) who was in hospital sick at the time. I told this to both the letting agency and the inspector. The paragraph you wrote about the calls barely makes sense so I won’t bother responding. Amazing that you have time to write this back to try and change the narrative but failed to call us back about our deposit for 2 weeks prior. We also sent 3 reports to our portal about the mould. Anyone renting a property on field street join the fb group chat in the area. It’s a building issue with all of the houses there (rotting wood, damp, mould) we wanted to extend our tenancy because we were hoping to buy the home eventually and try and renovate as our neighbours across was doing. If we had all of these issues as tenants why did you offer us our tenancy back? (Attached) Good luck for anyone renting with these people. The staff are rude and unhelpful. We are waiting for our deposit to be returned after moving out a month ago. Multiple staff members have avoided our calls. We’ve been told agents are out of office or on holiday. After calling back minutes later the ‘out of office staff’ answer the phone, and then put it down. Ridiculous professionalism. I asked again if it was possible for anyone in the office to answer our email about communication, the girl started laughing telling me to be patient that no one there could answer it. After requesting to talk or make a complaint with a superior we were refused. The property we rented was also covered in mould and the agency did nothing to help throughout our tenancy. I would avoid renting with them as the staff are immature.
