Don't protect the victim under category A asb, my car has been vandalized by another tenant at the cost of £7000.00 but they are refusing to move this menace to the community, he has undesirable people in his property, performs threatening behavior to other tenants, threatening behavior to irwell valley staff, he was moved here from another property of irwell valley due to other neighbors signing a petition to get rid of him, but still he's protected at the risk of other residents, complete disregard the safety & mental health of the community.

Very bad company. They have taken all my money from me. The flat was in a terrible state i could not unlock the door. Faulty hot water tank.
