This agent was chosen to manage my block reasons which remain unclear to me. Despite months of trying, I have received no meaningful response from this them. Essential maintenance, including serious issues like a damaged roof, has been ignored despite chasing, and attempts to get basic information such as the length of the management contract, who to contact urgent repairs, and basic paperwork like a copy of the insurance have been met with silence. Even when a formal complaint was made and asked to be passed onto Julian the owner it was not even acknowledged. At this point, it feels like a deliberate disregard their responsibilities. If this is how they treat one property, I seriously worry about how other clients and buildings under their management are being handled. It appears I am going to have to write to the property redress scheme since I to be ignored. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I cannot recommend them to anyone- they've ignoring me and neglecting my property they are likely to do the same to others.
