I don't even want to give 1-star but I have to say something. If you're actually interested in viewing and taking a property through this agency just don't waste your time! My brother had a viewing scheduled with them today and they didn't even show up. On top of this, nobody told him prior the viewing was cancelled, and when he rang the office nobody answered. He had to take time off work which has caused a cash loss, just for this company to not even acknowledge him! Absolutely disgusting for a letting agency, so unprofessional and you should be ashamed for being such a waste of time! EDIT- I have to address the response I have had from Fairview. Working in lettings myself, if you had actually been at the property from 12:50 and you supposedly waited 20 minutes after the appointment was meant to take place (13:10), then why did you not call my brother to query where he was? Even if it was a block viewing, you take the time to at least try to contact any no-shows, not just totally ignore them. As you have stated yourself, there are several entrances, if you knew this could be a potential issue then why are you not contacting your applicants to help or just answering your office phone for people calling in who are unsure where to go? What a lame excuse. You work in Residential, you should be used to directing people where needed! Additionally, to be blunt, it is not the applicants responsibility to suffer the consequences from your lack of business capability to answer your calls and conduct viewings. Just because you cannot handle your business does not mean the people should suffer. If you do obtain 1K calls a day, and my brother rang you, why was this not picked up then? To be honest, I won't be gaslighted here. You made a mistake, as a company you should take accountability, not try to turn it around on the person you have done wrong. Your customer service seriously needs revising. This is just another show of how unprofessional you are as a company- what a joke!
