Following a year of poor communication, confusing excuses, and substandard customer service the sale of my flat through Mulberry's collapsed for a second time this week. On both occasions, the closer I got to the arranged completion date the less I heard from the agents. I deeply regret having wasted a year believing Mulberry's had the capacity to sell my property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provided clear feedback on a regular basis and sold my flat.

(LETTINGS) An extremely frustrating experience. A little research shows that it is a "family" business and it explains how some staff are still there. Its certainly not on merit. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
