Surface level polite, but support landlords with no fault evictions. I was a loyal, always on time paying tenant, who looked after her property was evicted and weeks after the property was back up rental. In my opinion an estate agent should advice and look after both parties. Im sure a great company landlords. If your a wronged tenant no sympathy just quoted section this that and the other.
