Absolutely disgraceful from start to finish. They don't answer emails, they don't return calls, they do nothing to get hold of landlord when repair is needed in the flat. The list goes on. Greedy and unreliable.

INCOMPETENT - the are a disaster. They get everything wrong and no one cares. One of our tenants left not to work with them. We were silly and continued for another year with different tenants. I sold my house in tower gardens through Kings Group, Tottenham. I'd definitely recommend Ravi as an estate agent as he is a great guy and it does what he says.
