*‼️ URGENT PUBLIC WARNING ‼️* As a refugee and tenant, I’ve been treated with shocking disregard by *Kings Estate Agents* and *Welwyn Hatfield Council*. After moving into a property that was *unsafe, unclean, and full of mould*, I raised complaints from the very first week. The landlord admitted knowing the issues, but nothing was repaired. The agency ignored all responsibilities, and the council—who should protect tenants—*appeared more interested in defending the agency* than protecting human health. *I’ve faced constant delays, dismissive responses, and what feels like coordinated bias and discrimination*. My living conditions have affected my health and dignity, yet no one has acted fairly or professionally. I’ve now taken the matter to the *Ombudsman* and consulted legal advice. Everyone deserves a safe home—no matter where they’re from. If you’re a vulnerable tenant or refugee in the area, *be careful*. This system has failed me, and I want others to be aware.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
