I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew Stevens estate agents, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team provided stellar service that made my rental process smooth and stressfree. Kim was the first person I spoke to, and she was incredibly kind and thorough. She made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that the property would be a perfect fit me. Her attention to detail made me feel confident right from the start. When it came time a property viewing, Cos was the one who showed me around. He was a great bloke—friendly, knowledgeable, and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He genuinely cared about my needs and made sure I had all the details about the property. Tina helped me finalize everything by assisting with the document preparation the credit check. Her methodical approach and clear communication made the process seamless and efficient. Throughout the entire process, communication was topnotch, with the team always being prompt and clear with their responses. I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Andrew Stevens and their team to anyone looking a rental property. They truly go above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked better service!
