Oakheart Property, which covers the housing market in Essex and Suffolk, has expanded with a Chelmsford branch. The estate agency, which last year launched a dedicated homes division, has opened an office on Victoria Road, CM1, as part of the latest phase of its strategic expansion. The Chelmsford branch joins Oakheart’s established network of offices across Essex and Suffolk, including Colchester, Mersea Island, Sudbury, and Bury St Edmunds.
