When you end the tenancy they will try to find every way to take money out of deposits. You will have to raise a dispute to get your money back and follow up with them months. The staff is not helpful at all and they behave like they are doing a favour. They are rude and not professional at all.

I give 0 rating to Bairstow eves. Because of this agency I spent night in park with my wife in winter. Mr Hasan guide us for letting property and took 426 pounds as deposit but in the end he deny to give property. Whenever I visit at Bairstow office this men is not available even Manager as well... Initially property was not selling so they are asked me to lower the price which i agreed as long as they would lower their commission of 2% plus vat they agreed fixed fee of 2000 plus vat.
