WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This company has lied to me from the start saying systems would be getting fixed and constantly breaking with no response. Complained multiple times, The hands off email marketing is a shameless they barley kept up with it and made so many mistakes I ended up doing it myself and was paying the premium for it. Overcharged and found out people was getting the same service as me for alot cheaper. Complete scam artists. I then closed off the deal with them after a year as it's been constant issues and it failed miserably. They was cut of from our CRM and carried on messaging the data breaching GDPR. Had to keep telling them to stop and they carried on. Then had the audacity to try and charge me and send it to solicitors to reclaim work that I haven't been using for months. In the year with them got nothing but unsubscribes, no reveune gain, and found out the automated emails was failing and not sending so I was paying for nothing. You can do a better job yourself with a CRM. Worst marketing company I've ever dealt with.

Incredibly poor service and a waste of time and money. If you are considering using brief your market - please don't. I can completely sympathise with the reviewer below. This company have illegally collected email addresses and allowing companies to use this mailing list to spam us with unsolicited emails. we received many emails from leadpro and i know for certain that many of these emails never signed up to ... These guys must be breaking every GDPR rule in the book. I get numerous emails from them and other suppliers that i know i NEVER subscribed up to. Sort your mailing list out and remove everyone that never signed up. You know who they are, its EVERYONE. I think i will start writing a review now ... Read Full Review
