Apprintable Limited

Our experience with Apprintable has been atrocious. We chose Apprintable over cheaper and faster competition because we wanted to print on off-white mugs, and we paid more for Apprintable’s ivory mugs over their white mugs. The ordering process was slow and difficult and at the end of it we received printed white mugs. I first emailed Apprintable in late June and the issue is still not resolved. Apprintable said we could only have the mugs replaced if the original ones were received back. We had an issue with this solution, because we had had to use and give away some of the mugs because we urgently needed them on their arrival. In addition, due to a misunderstanding, all the mugs ended up being washed. I tried to explain the situation, as I didn’t think we could return them in this state. Because Apprintable refused to budge on this policy I said that they could collect them if they were ok with the state they were in. It took Apprintable two weeks to agree to collect them, but in their communication it became clear that they thought that the majority of the mugs were untouched, even though I had explained very clearly over both phone and email that this was not the case. When I cleared this up with them Apprintable refused to collect any of the mugs and would only offer us 50% off a future order or a 50% refund. I then asked why they couldn’t accept back used mugs that were already unusable by having our design printed on them. I also asked if would they accept back the mugs that had only been washed. This was on the 15th of July, it is now the 4th of August and I have not had a response since. I have emailed and called over this time and I still don’t have a response. In general communication with Apprintable has been painfully slow, with it taking roughly a week for them to respond to an email. Whenever I call I am told that someone will get back to me, but communication with them remains just as slow.
