GetAgent claims that they provide 'impartial recommendations' on their website, however, this is not true. According to the site, in order to find out who is the best in the area, you have to register your details. They claim that they are unable to show the agent's names and fees publicly, however, this is simply untrue. The real reason they don't show these details is that: 1. They want to capture YOUR full details 2. They don't even have many of the agents' fees listed. This is explained later. Now the reason why they want to capture your details is simply so that can try and influence you to use an agent or conveyancer that pays them a fee. This is rather alarming as on one hand they are claiming to be impartial, however on the other hand there are using this to influence you to use an agent that you never enquired out.
