AVOID – SCAMMERS WHO DON’T RETURN DEPOSITS I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Balgores Lettings Dagenham. They asked me to pay a holding deposit a property, which I did in good faith. Then, just one day before the agreed moving date, they informed me that the property was no longer available rent. While that was upsetting, I understood things can change. However, it's now been over a month, and I am still chasing them to refund my holding deposit. They have been completely unresponsive—not answering phone calls, not replying to emails. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a complete scam. If you’re thinking of using this agency—DON’T. There’s no transparency, no accountability, and they clearly don’t care about tenants once they’ve got your money. I regret trusting them and hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.
