My house went up sale with Alan n Harris around September 2024. Also went up sale with Peter Alan. Peter Alan had non stop interest and viewing, regular contact and advise on the house and feedback. Alan Harris nothing, no contact no interest. I went into the office and was told it was the market. Few weeks past I went back and took the Keys and my house went up sale with Nina sales. Again lots of interest and viewings. The only contact from Alan Harris was they noticed the price reduction on line. They asked why I hadn't been intouch. I explained that wasn't my job, and they had stayed intouchbwith me they would have found out sooner. Well my house sold through Peter Alan on 16.1 25. Today (17.4.25) I received a call from Alan Harris wanted to discuss my house that's up sale. I explained has been sold and I have only ever spoken to 2 members of their team since it went on the market. Absolutely shocking service.W Would never use them again or recommend them
