The area of Witham and its surrounding villages is a popular destination for prospective purchasers and tenants alike. Property prices are still competitively priced, despite the area retaining a mainline railway station which offers excellent rail links into London.
As well as the many local buyers and ten
ants registered with the branch searching for property our branch also retains additional people who have been referred via our extensive network of branches spread throughout Essex and into Greater London. As a result we are likely to retain more buyers and tenants than other local agents whose coverage is much more limited.
