I am selling Helen’s mother’s home as this is what her mother wants and she is being supported by every other member of her family. Helen does not want me to sell the property so has gone to every length to try and discredit my business which includes making fake Facebook accounts to review my business, Google reviews and sending me vile, irrational emails on a regular basis. Please ignore this review as it’s not a true representation of my business. I care about what I do.

This 'man' fraudulently put my late father's home on the market knowing at that time ALL TRUSTEES signatures was required for him to do this and every other estate agent fully agreed but he apparently was above the law. He then went onto lie saying I was no longer a Trustee and he was in possession of paperwork stating this. 7 months later still waiting for him to produce this made up document. When I questioned all this he then went on to alter the date when he was legally allowed to sell my late father's house to that date. Dishonest as they come and because he didn't like being challenged with the truth- it was in fact Mr Smylie who went on Facebook asking all his family and friends to send me vile messages of threats to which the police are aware of! I sent no threatening emails and this can be proven - i sent 5 in total and all just asking him why he is illegally selling a house that other estate agents abided by the law to which he didn't. His come back was to tell me to do one and with that I was ostracised completely from the selling of my late fathers home which also was actually sold in February but he still kept advertising as available right till the end of April - deceiving potential buyers. He is nothing but a bully but because I stood up to him and his friends and family he is turning it on me all because he was deceitful and still continues as the house was sold in April and to date not one penny has gone straight back into the Trust fund. Care to say where that money has gone Mr Smylie, Wilsons and Nixons. You want to go with this very deceitful Dishonest bully of a 'man' - it's your money he's bezzling. My late father would not have stood for this thats for sure all that's gone on but you can't choose your family sadly but you can go with a trustworthy genuine estate agent and not a shark.
