The team at James Sellicks were brilliant through a long and sometimes frustrating sale process. None of which was their fault, I add. Their tenacity was amazing and I felt in expert hands all of the time. They professionally dealt with several offers and broken chains but were supportive and persistent throughout gaining a truly win:win situation me and my buyer. Danielle, my main contact, was excellent and always at hands but so was Sam who did most of the accompanied viewings, Anne, Kirsty, Jon and everyone involved, not to forget Charles. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone whatever the sale value. Well done Sellicks team. I can’t thank you enough.
