Selling a property in the current market can be a complex and stressful experience, and we are grateful to have found an estate agent like Scott Bennett to assist us throughout the process. Initially, we consulted with several estate agents regarding the property. Scott distinguished himself by his ability to quickly identify subtle nuances, which demonstrated his extensive experience in the field. He expertly guided us on how to present our property, resulting in an offer within days of it being listed on the market. Despite some delays with paperwork and the buyer’s mortgage, Scott maintained regular communication with us throughout the process. He was attentive to our concerns and provided additional reassurance when necessary, offering data to help us navigate the challenging period. His communication skills were exceptional.
