Our solicitor arranged a couple of estate agents to visit in order to obtain a probate valuation.
One of the agents was Nick Mosley of Mosley Jarman.
He was highly knowledgeable and professional, and so was my first choice when it came to selling the property.
When the time came to sell, the team from Mosley Jarman did a superb job.
The property was measured, photographed and videoed with a minimum of fuss Nick and I went through the necessary paperwork and Nick gave me some advice on presentation sale.
He also put me in touch with someone who was able to perform the EPC assessment.
The property was visible on rightmove within a day or so.
I live over forty miles from the property, so I needed the agents to escort any viewings.
The viewings happened quite quickly and the team kept me well informed.
We received a number of offers, and my thanks go to Lauren Bowden and Neil Clubley who undertook the negotiations and had to chase the buyer's solicitors on a number of occasions.
Overall, I think that Mosley Jarman did a first job and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We’ve dealt with many estate agents in the past, most recently the sale of our previous property and none come close to the level of service we received from Neil. What stood out most was his clear communication and responsiveness. Every query was answered promptly, and we were kept informed at every stage of the process. I didn’t have to chase a single thing throughout .. it was seamless.
Neil’s local knowledge of Wilmslow was invaluable, helping us feel confident in our decision and excited about the area’s longterm potential. He also liaised effortlessly with solicitors and the entire chain, smoothing out potential delays and ensuring a timely exchange.

We viewed an apartment in Poynton our daughter that was being sold by Mosley Jarman.
Melanie showed us around first time and was very helpful with prompt timekeeping.
After that we made an offer and dealt with Neil Clubman.
He arranged a second extended viewing where we were free to browse with no pressure or sales pitch.
We then liased extensively with Neil to negotiate a good deal and move forward to exchange and completion.
The process wasn't straight forward due to issues on our side with arranging a mortgage and Neil was invaluable in recommending a good local mortgage broker.
Throughout the whole transaction, Neil and his team were excellent in communicating every step and chasing his vendor when necessary.
Happily this meant the whole thing was less stressful than it would have been and i would happily recommend Mosley Jarman to others.
I was lovely to deal with a local and highly professional agent who always had time to go above and beyond. A rare thing these days!

From the first meeting with Nick Mosley I felt like I could trust him without being 'sold to.' He turned up to the meeting having done specific research on the property, the local area, other houses which had recently sold, what state these houses were in compared to ours etc. I was handed a pack which we walked through upon meeting which was extremely diligent and a refreshing change to the other experiences of Estate Agents that I'd had when trying to sell the property.
This was exactly the same with every single person in the team who I dealt with throughout the process. They listened, they took the time to understand our situation and they couldn't have been more helpful and available.
Every member of the team went to actually see the house so they could speak first hand to prospective buyers. The team were friendly, honest and were at the end of the phone whenever we needed them. I can only call out 2 staff members below but I would honestly call out Nick Mosley, Lauren Bowden, Fleur Burton and Anthony Freely - they were all brilliant.
I highly recommend Mosley Jarman in Wilmslow to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Lauren kept me updated throughout the sale and worked diligently with both sets of solicitors, myself and the buyer to ensure a smooth transaction. Overall delighted with the sale, they know the market inside out and you can trust their valuation. Nick is a brilliant 'handson' leader too. It took less than 12 weeks from going live on the market to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, from my personal experience they are the best agent in Wilmslow and highly recommend!
