Fees are in the range for those who own more than one property. For those who only own one, as we did, it was a permanent niggle in having to pay a monthly supplement until it was possible to raise the rent over time to the minimum the agency required.

actually honoured their part of the contract for a furnished room with wifi - a normal bog standard cheap student let

do not know as Harringtons took deposit and months rent up front and refuse to do anything like put furniture in the room as has been paid for in the contract saying it is the Landlords decision - and the more I spoke to Margaret the less time she had, she kept saying reasonable time stressing that she wouldn\'t be able to contact the Landlord - they only part managed - they didn\'t part manage the taking of the deposit and rent. Also the room has had 3 differing prices it has been advertised for 75 70 50 they have a glib answer for everything
