We were looking an estate agent local to the property (we were not familiar with Malvern) at the time. We chose Allan Morris as our preferred agent after meeting Victoria at the property that we were selling- she was sensitive to the reason the sale, explained the process simply and in an accessible matter, and, we felt reassured. The sale was managed by Lee and Kate. Lee in particular was outstanding! He kept us well informed of any processes, documentation we needed to provide and really "held our hands" throughout until sale completion. There was excellent liaison between the agents and solicitors involved, regular updates of any informationprogress (sometimes daily!) Calls and emails were always answered promptly, and with a cheerful responsewhich at times must have been a challenge when there were unforeseen "hiccups" that noone could have anticipated. It never felt as though we were asking too much and we really valued their service- going beyond what we would have expected. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others. Thank you such a professional service.
