Do not use Tamlyns you are thinking of renting your property, we applied to rent a property that was available, but as we are retired, we were refused, because we only have our pension as income, they didn’t even communicate with us to ask we had savings. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and no communication. We found another property that suited with another agent, we gave them the same information and was immediately asked we had savings as didn’t have the income required, we said we have plenty of savings which solved the issue.

Absolutely vile company with rude agents, they will work with landlords to evict you if you dare to complain. Their license should be revoked, and some also will be judged in the court of law. Accepting landlord's instructions to discriminate also amounts to... Read Full Review
