I initially trusted this company based on their promises, but it turned out to be a significant mistake, as first impressions can be misleading. They provided information, mismanaged my property, and withdrew funds without any valid justification. I strongly advise against using their services. However, you choose to do so, ensure that your rental payments do not go directly into their account, as they deduct amounts at their discretion, leading to financial losses. This is a sincere warning based on my experience.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
