From the first contact I had with Letzone property I had a positive experience. I spoke with Danielle, who has been extremely helpful during the (quite stressful) process of finding suitable accomodation and securing it in a short space of time. Danielle answered my questions and provided me with useful information. She reassured me throughout the process. I felt comfortable and respected as a customer. Danielle acknowledged my urgency but still helped to make a wise decision and suggested viewing the property. Danielle was very friendly, gentle and professional. After viewing the property I was guided really well on the steps afterwards. I've managed to collect the keys today and I'm full of joy. I really appreciated Danielle's quick response to queries and not making me feel silly I asked obvious questions. To improve I would like to mention that having to fill in the paper application and the online application felt repetitive as it asked the exact same questions.

Following a further review of the matter, a Final Viewpoint Response will be sent to you within twenty working days. This will conclude our internal complaints handling procedures.
