Fraud, forgery and more. Absolute bunch of crooks and liars, willing to the law in pursuit of their goals. Patronising, ignorant liars, cowards, willing to lie through their teeth. Thats just the Manchester office. Apparently its normal subsequent landlords to pay all the work raised against the previous landlord according to the IQ challenged representative in this 'company'. But its also acceptable to levy charges all the utilities even though the landlord has already paid. Fraud all the way, so now reported to the police as they dont seem to understand contract law 101. Then you have RFM trading, the 'maintenance' company. Couldn't maintain a straight line with a ruler and a crayon. Using silicone spray sealant to seal tiles in a shower, replacing a sink as it was blocked or charging fantasy nonexistent furniture. £500 to remove 30 bags of rubbish, and more. Lies lies and more lies, making things up as they go, fantasy invoices and more.
