We had a deeply disappointing experience with Connells Estate Agency. Their mortgage advisor, Paul Taylor, was condescending, agent Natalie Smith was unresponsive and dismissive, failing to follow up on our fullprice offer. Despite multiple calls, we were ignored and misled. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful treatment—especially towards foreign buyers—made the process frustrating and unacceptable. Would not recommend.
