Buyers and Sellers Beware! Be very cautious when dealing with Spence Willard. We spent thousands of pounds - with the coordination of the agent - only to find that we were being kept as a 'back up' …seller had accepted a higher offer. We were never told and never given a chance to meet/beat the higher offer. We were led on for 4 months - not knowing there was anyone else interested! Sam Branston knew we were hiring solicitors, paying for inspectors, and booking trips back and forth to the island. If you are a seller, and are thinking of having Spence Willard as your representative, reconsider. We will not view any more properties listed with Spence Willard, as we do not want to risk further monetary damage and disappointment. We were a million pound plus cash purchaser.
