Avoid, really poor communication and little in the way of feedback post a very small number of viewings, worst agent I have ever dealt with. No stats or updates provided, little attention given to the marketing. Poor communication between offices, quick to respond when a prospective buyer contacted us directly with an offer.. otherwise more time spend chasing them for updates, nothing in the way of pro-active comms, absolutely zero sense for client/customer service. Over promised, under delivered.

Very unprofessional and lie. Stood me up on a viewing, called and said someone was on way. No show. Text me back the next morning after i left them a voicemail, no call to say they not managing any more. No apology. Blamed the landlord when the reason we viewed on the day that we did due to them... Awful letting agent with very arrogant staff. Don't get complacent with experiences from your previous agents, these will take you for every penny on leaving, make sure you send in your own inventory photos if you do have the misfortune of having to use them, but if you have a choice between... Apr 26, 2018I could not agree more. The brat I spoke to , was rude, patronising and mysogonistic. I spelt my postcode too quickly apparently. . Can't the owners teach their staff customer service skills????...
