Please don't rent with them! Truly the worst agency. They will rob you anyway they can. They also rented out a flat in the worst possible condition. The exhaust fell on me and almost broke my foot. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
