Gordon Munro Local Guide·59 reviews·12 photos Terrible Surveyors avoid! in 2024 we paid £3k for a commercial survey on my refurbed Smiddy Museum Chip Shop with Car Parking and two plots of land! The young apprentice guy arrived seemed in a hurry spent 20 minutes and valued the property at £65k no mention of museum or loft bedroom or plots! Half the value its 4yr previous Shepherds valuation! Asked to revisit/reassess refused!
