Alex Wilson, the franchisee of Hunters, is not somebody I would suggest you trusting either with the sale of your house, leasing as a landlord or as a tenant. For over 7 days Alex has allowed a flashing floodlight on his property to consistently shine into our home meaning that myself and my three small children have had very little sleep. Despite our pleas for him to fix it and a police officer attending to ask him to resolve it he outright refuses to. He claims he only knows one electrician - who is on holiday - and will not be able to fix it for a further week. He claims no one else is able to. So that is how he behaves with his neighbour so imagine if you had an issue as a landlord or tenant. Absolutely appalling behaviour from someone I used to call a close family friend. Very sad to be treated this way and extremely disappointed in his conduct. Ignored a PCSOs request to deal with this.
