IB Murray & Son

This lettings agent completely ghosted us after viewing one of their properties. Myself, my partner and our son viewed a 2 bed property IB Murray & Son were representing. Bryan was nice enough upon giving us the keys to the property. We were interested in progressing with the letting but asked if there were repairs planned as the property had damp, cracked wallpaper, electrical cables not fitted, door knobs that were falling off and other minor faults. Bryan seemed to be surprised by the condition of the property and said he would investigate. He asked us to send our details to him via email and we could progress our application. I emailed Bryan on 3 separate occasions to provide him with the details he requested and to follow up on my inquiry and never received a response (despite him being responsive beforehand). I also phoned his office and the receptionist said she would tell Bryan and he should email me back that day which did not happen. I feel that he has made the decision not to respond, potentially because I pointed out my concerns about the repairs the property required. I will likely never know.
