Brookdale are Peterborough's largest independent letting agent. Established 1989 we manage close to 1100 rental properties solely in the Peterborough area. All of our properties are well managed and our landlords are very pleased to deal with a local, specialist Agent with expertise in our field. We have 13 staff
and 5 with more than 20 years experience. We provide a rental guarantee to our Landlords which is not insurance based. Due to our excellent performance the vast majority of our properties come from recommendations from satisfied landlords.

Brookdale are completely on the ball! If a tenant reports an issue, they are onto it immediately, keeping us informed and sorting the issue out. With regular rent reviews they ensure that landlords are not left behind. They take all the hassle out of renting a property.
