I have nothing but problems with this agent. They do not take the time to visit the flat they are managing and take the word of the tenant on all occassions without assessing the problems. They have cancelled appointments last minute via email without a phone call to confirm and consequently have left contractors waiting in the street evan though their office is within a 5 minute walk. They have lied saying the contractor can collect keys then have refused to give the keys to the contractor. This has cost me money in lost time for the contractor and of course they refuse to compensate. I am an out of town landlord and pay a substantial portion of the rent as their fee. It would be nice if they hired adults who are properly trained in how to conduct business and treat clients.

We had a terrible experience checking and checking out of this property the estate agents demanded funds way in advance of our check in date (3 weeks),citing this is how long payments took (which is incorrect it is a same day transfer) which we refused - this led to considerable pressure from them... Lied about how much she could get for my house. Then was incredibly forcefully calling us and the lawyer every day really strongly pressuring us to hurry up the sale. Accused us in an email of slowing things down when we were answering the buyers questions. Seriously regret going with this firm... Read Full Review

Arranged a time and place for me to meet them but did not send me the address. After writing to them and waiting for 25 min, finally am given an address.
