G8 Properties recently handled a challenging situation with a long-term tenant who involved the council and solicitors, believing it was the right course of action. The tenant had a history of delaying rent payments without reason, maintaining the property poorly, and living in unsanitary conditions. Over the 10+ years the tenant resided there, the family had outgrown the property. Mr. Malik from G8 Properties personally managed this delicate situation with professionalism, ultimately resulting in the tenants vacating the property without further involvement from the council or solicitors. G8 Properties then refurbished the property within a matter of days and successfully placed new tenants. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
