Adler Insurance Brokers

I wouldn’t recommend Adler Insurance unless you’re happy to be significantly overcharged, receive a substandard service and attitude if you challenge anything! There is no transparency when it comes to their “fees” and nor do they clearly disclose the amount on policy / renewal paperwork. When you do ask them to disclose the fees earnt their initial tactic is to skirt around providing a straight answer, abit like politicians! In my experience they were 35% more expensive compared to another broker with an identical policy using ultimately the same underwriter. To make it a fair comparison, I also asked another broker who provided a quote of £500, using an underwriter that Adler also use deal but apparently cheapest they could do was a “competitive” £700.02. Then we get onto the complaints handling, where they ignore half the complaint (probably the bit where they’re caught red handed ripping customers off) and advise it’s their “final response” hoping the matter will just go away. It’s clear they will use any means necessary to make a quick buck, but If you need “competitively” priced insurance go elsewhere.
