I spent a good 4 hours of a working day to provide a reference for a tenant. Having already approved online, they still needed to speak to me to check. This is fine, but their company does not allow employees to make phone calls abroad and it was up to me to explain this to the agent after a while (who kept asking for me to repeat the number). My tenant had done so many favours for me that I owed it to her to not give up. The company ended up tracking bank statement from the tenant themselves, with no apology to myself after having wasted half a workday. Will not use in future. In fact, I am so gobsmacked that the UK can be host to such an unproffesional company that I even took the time to write this review.
