We have used MRI (Previously Universal) for the last 5 years. We were worried when they merged this year that we would have the same small but approachable team and prices would shoot up. I must say i should not have worried, Adam in particular has been a start and helped us when renewing our agreement. It may not be as pretty as other CRM systems but does the same job for a fraction of the price.
