Avoid this company at all cost!!!!! - Disrespectful, Dishonest, Untrustworthy!!!!!! I would highly recommend that you avoid these guys??¦they are cowboys??¦.. We had the sales guy telling us the kitchen would cost nearly ??36k, however, they will offer a significantly reduced cost if they can take pictures for a magazine??¦. From what I understand they offer this to everyone??¦. From my perspective, it is designed to trick you into making quick decisions before you realise, they aren??™t being honest with you. I am in the middle of fighting with them??¦.. Using this tactic of reducing the cost to take pictures, they lead us into a false sense of security, promising the world, then after we agreed, they waited till 14 day cancelation period was over, then turned around and refused to honour their agreements stating that what the sales guy and their director said face to face to get the deal wasn??™t written into the contract. In our case, they also sold us the exact specs we specifically said we didn??™t want??¦.. they used terminology to confuse us since we aren??™t builders??¦.. again dishonest??¦. Now we have no kitchen 4 months later. 4 months later and we haven??™t even had final drawings showing what we are exactly getting, yet they are threatening us with legal action if we do not give them an installation date. Their operations guy Ben will also hide behind his staff to try and avoid you??¦. He will make all the excuses on the planet??¦.. They do not honour their agreements. They show you a little of what you want to see??¦..??¦enough to get you to sign an agreement. They then promise that they will send you updates shortly, but then run the clock out on the 14-day cancellation period in order to lock you into an agreement. So to summarise: - They will give you a huge price - Offer you up to 50% discount if you let them take pictures for a magazine. - Rush you into making a decision to seal the deal - Note: at this point there is a 14 day cancelation period??¦..so you sign an agreement before you actually get to see the proper designs of your kitchen mocked up. - They then send a guy out to mock up kitchen design for you, however they are basic and incomplete??¦ - They promise to send you updates, but in reality, they just run out the 14 day cancelation period on you then threaten legal action on you if you do not agree on an installation date, even though you still have never seen a picture of what your actually getting. - 4 months later I still haven??™t seen complete design yet am constantly being threatened that they will sue me for 95% of the cost of the kitchen. There is so much more I can say but I will wait since I am still in dispute over my kitchen??¦. I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost??¦.. !! Sunlight is the best disinfectant in my view.

DM Design said it would take 3 to 4 days to complete my kitchen. It actually took 2 months. This was not because of the effects of the Covid pandemic, or Brexit, but because of carelessness.
