Overall, a very good experience, both in terms of customer service, and the actual floorplan software. Very easy to use, easy customisation and a very key factor, very reliable software. Able to use a tablet, on or offline and then saves through to the main server when you are back online. Links up well with our estate agency software as well and pulls through room names and measurements.
