Completely deceived us into thinking they were a firm of solicitors, and therefore regulated by the law society. It turns out our adviser wasn't even legally qualified, and we got passed around from one person to another too. When the bill came, it was more than expected, so we asked for a breakdown, at which point they conceded they were not regulated, and threatened us with debt collectors if we didn't pay it within 7 days.
